    The Loaf That Wouldn't Wait

    Demo

At Butterknob Bakehouse a pre-order ticket chatters out of the night order machine, wakes the oven, chases a runaway sourdough along the counter and, with one long rubber-hose arm, swings it into its paper bag just as the blind rolls up on opening time.

    One Cut, Every Order

    Demo

Lunar New Year week at Red Plum Grocer, all in red paper-cut: the crowd strips the shelves and order slips pile up, until one slip is folded and cut once and unfolds into a ring of eight mandarins; back in the shop every gap pops back, bags tagged READY line the counter, and night falls with the window flower glowing.

    Before Your Plumber Arrives

    Demo

A 1950s follow-along film from a Melbourne plumber: find the water main, turn it off clockwise, then book online, and the job card, photos and arrival time reach the plumber automatically.

    Booked at 11 pm

    Demo

At 11 pm a patient with a sore knee books his physio online; the clinic's AI receptionist confirms it, reminds him the day before, reschedules in one tap and refills the spot, so the physio's day stays full.

Daily AI routines

Tell us a job you do every day. AI does it on time, every day, and checks with you before anything important.

For small businesses, sole traders and busy people.

AI does 90%. You tap for the rest.

  • Nothing important happens without you

Anything that sends money, speaks for you or deletes waits for your tap.

  • Works with what you already use

Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Xero, Square and more. No new app to learn.

  • You know what it reads

We agree up front which inboxes and files it can see, and what it keeps.

Example

A day with routines running

  1. Morning briefRuns itself

“3 emails need a reply, 1 invoice is overdue, and your rego is due in 12 days.”

  2. You reply in one lineYou, in one line

“Tell Sarah Thursday 2pm works. Nudge the café about invoice 1042.”

  3. Drafts readyYou approve

A reply to Sarah with a calendar invite, and a polite reminder about invoice 1042. You tap Send.

  4. Receipts filedRuns itself

Yesterday's receipts are in the spreadsheet, ready for BAS.

  5. Reminders sentRuns itself

Six clients get a reminder about tomorrow's appointment, in the wording you approved.

  6. Day wrap-upRuns itself

What got done today, and two things still waiting for you.

Example

Example routines people ask for

Each one: AI does the work, you make the last tap.

  • Inbox brief

    Every morning

Overnight email sorted into needs a reply, can wait, and noise. Reply in one line and the drafts are written for you.

    You tap Send.

  • Overdue invoices

    Every weekday

Spots invoices past their due date in Xero or MYOB and drafts a polite reminder in your words.

    You approve each reminder.

  • Receipts and BAS prep

    Every evening

Receipts from your email and phone photos are read and filed, with a list of what's missing before BAS.

We prepare. You or your accountant lodge.

  • Appointment reminders

    The day before

Clients get a reminder by text or email. Anyone who wants to change their time is passed to you.

You approve the wording once. Changes come to you.

  • Win back regulars

    Every Monday

Finds customers you haven't seen for a while and drafts a friendly hello for each.

    You choose who gets one.

  • Subscriptions and bills

    Every month

Lists what's due, what went up, and free trials about to start charging.

    You decide what to cancel.

  • Rego, insurance and licences

    30 and 7 days before

Reminds you before rego, insurance, licences or certificates run out, with the renewal link ready.

    You renew.

  • Meeting notes

    After each meeting

Notes, decisions and to-dos written up, and the tasks added to your list.

    You check before it's sent.

How to start, and what it costs

Three steps. Chat, get a quote, then decide.

  1. A free 30-minute chat

In person or online, in English or 中文. Tell us what eats up your week.

  2. A free quote in plain English

We tell you what's worth handing to AI and what isn't. You decide after you've read it.

  3. Start with the biggest time-saver

Begin with one small job and add more only if it works for you.

  • Quote first, work second

You know the cost before we start, and you only pay for what you need.

  • Your website and domain are yours

Registered in your name, with no monthly lock-in. Take them with you any time.

  • No tech know-how needed

We set it up for you and show you how to use it.

  • You see it before customers do

Anything important that AI writes waits for your tap before it goes out.

You might be wondering

More questions answered

I'm not technical. Can we still work together?

Yes. We explain things in plain English (or 中文), do the setup for you and show your team how to use it. You don't need to know what an API is.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. We take over the repetitive typing and chasing so your people have more time for customers. AI drafts; a person decides anything important.

What if it breaks after you've left?

We hand over simple notes and training, and offer a monthly care plan if you'd like us to keep things running and up to date. You can also look after it yourself.

Is my customers' data safe?

We only ask for the access a job needs, set things up in accounts that are in your name, and tell you where information goes. Your data stays yours. See our Privacy page for details.
