Will this be expensive?
Every job starts with a free 30-minute chat and a free quote, so you know the cost before you commit. We usually suggest starting with one small, useful thing and adding more only if it works for you.
I'm not technical. Can we still work together?
Yes. We explain things in plain English (or 中文), do the setup for you and show your team how to use it. You don't need to know what an API is.
What if it breaks after you've left?
We hand over simple notes and training, and offer a monthly care plan if you'd like us to keep things running and up to date. You can also look after it yourself.
Is my customers' data safe?
We only ask for the access a job needs, set things up in accounts that are in your name, and tell you where information goes. Your data stays yours. See our Privacy page for details.
